About The Position
Centurion is seeking full-time day Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team at West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning, Tennessee. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care within their scope of practice to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical/psychiatric staff to address physical and mental health needs.
Requirements
- Tennessee LPN license, compact license or ability to obtain license
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Corrections experience not required
Responsibilities
- Providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
- Working under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.
