About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a 7-year-old male child in Mount Pleasant, PA. This full-time, day shift role focuses on delivering personalized, family-centered pediatric care in a supportive home setting. The position offers an opportunity to build meaningful connections and make a significant impact on a child's life. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with weekend availability. Community Care, Inc. has been a family-owned home health agency since 1987, dedicated to serving with compassion and supporting its caregivers.

Requirements

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide G-tube care and feedings
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care
