About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to members in accordance with physician's orders, individual care plans, and emergent needs. The role includes instructing and assisting members, staff, and family members, while ensuring work complies with company policies and procedures and applicable safety and regulatory laws and standards. Active Day describes its care as person-centered, with opportunities to get to know members and generally manageable duties.
