About The Position
Concordia of Sumner offers retirement living - both private Villas and Garden Apartments - short-term rehabilitation, assisted living and long-term nursing care. These combined services allow those who call Sumner home the opportunity to age in place. We strive to hire excellent people at Concordia - and keep them as well! Concordia at Sumner, a 5-star facility, is looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated LPN. This is a full-time night shift position from 7:00p-7:30a. Includes every other weekend and every other holiday. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high quality care for the long-term, skilled and assisted living residents, and facilitate leadership and mentorship with both the residents and the staff. Eligible employees who waive the health insurance benefit receive an additional $1.50/hour.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Administering medication and completing timely documentation
- Completing accurate and timely resident assessments
- Coordinating resident care under the direction of a physician
- Supervise and motivate staff to provide high quality care
