About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to administer skilled nursing services to patients who need intermittent professional care. The nurse teaches patients, family members, and other members of the health care team, and performs services according to physician orders and the established plan of care. The role requires state licensure, at least one year of experience as a licensed nurse, CPR certification, and the ability to travel safely to patients using dependable transportation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where currently practicing.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed nurse.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operating a mobile device.
• Valid state driver license.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Possess CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with review and approval from the regional vice president for operations or regional director.
