Requirements

Active LPN license in MA
Driver's license
Reliable car
Experience supporting mental health needs (personal or professional)
Clear communication skills
Basic computer use skills
Teamwork skills
Fluent in English

Responsibilities

Manage medical care and medications for persons served, including training staff on safe medication practices in compliance with DPH Medication Administration Program (MAP).
Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.
Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.
Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections.
