About The Position
Join Our Caring Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse! Are you a compassionate, dedicated Nurse (LPN or RN) looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents? We invite you to join our team at Evergreen, where we prioritize exceptional resident care in a warm and supportive environment! This position is 4 shifts in a two week pay period on the PM shift (2:30pm-10:45pm) for a total of 32 hours per week. Shifts are Wednesday and every other weekend. At Evergreen, we believe that every resident deserves the highest quality of care and a nurturing atmosphere. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and happiness of our residents. Requirements
- A current LPN or RN license in Wisconsin
- A genuine passion for helping others and a strong commitment to resident care
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- A positive attitude and a compassionate approach to nursing
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to our residents
- Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
- Monitor vital signs and health status, ensuring the best possible outcomes
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
- Educate residents and their families about health management and wellness
