About The Position

Main Line Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Pulmonary Medicine team in Broomall, PA. This role involves assisting the office care team with data collection, assessments, and care planning to provide age-appropriate and diagnosis-focused care. The LPN will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience and collaborating with healthcare professionals to meet patient needs. Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• A current Pennsylvania LPN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact is required.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
• Ability to communicate proficiently in English (both verbally and writing) to perform job duties.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of clinical office experience, preferably in the specified discipline of the practice, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the office care team with data collection, assessments, and care planning.
• Provide age-appropriate and diagnosis-focused care.
• Consult with the patient/family and appropriate healthcare professionals to facilitate meeting the patients’ needs.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their significant others based on individual needs and level of understanding.
