About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team at Plainfield Correctional Facility in Plainfield, Indiana. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care within their scope of practice to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical/psychiatric staff. This role involves responding to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or compact/multi state license
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
- Work under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical and psychiatric staff.
- Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
