About The Position

Life Enriching Communities is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse at Wesley Glen in Columbus, Ohio. The LPN provides nursing care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, following resident care plans and supporting residents with compassion, patience, and professionalism. The role requires strong clinical judgment and collaboration with caregivers and families to deliver comprehensive care. The schedule is 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with Week 1 shifts on Sunday, Thursday, and Friday, and Week 2 shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Ohio LPN license.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ health and promptly report changes.
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
