About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Rosewalk Village provides nursing care that promotes residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role involves building meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories, supporting a comforting and engaging atmosphere, and working with nursing and facility teams to deliver coordinated care. The position is full-time, with evening and night shifts.

Requirements

• Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing skills.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
