Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification required
- Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care on an as-needed basis, supporting residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
- Work alongside a collaborative care team.
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
- Supervise and support CNAs to maintain quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment.
