LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE, PRN IMMEDIATELY HIRING
About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for clients in a private duty setting. Requirements
- Current, active LPN license in the state of employment.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if travel is required).
Nice To Haves
- Previous home health or private duty nursing experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the client's home according to the physician's plan of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient condition, vital signs, and progress.
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
- Educate patients and family members on disease management and care plans.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the supervising Registered Nurse and physician.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the client.
