About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in Minnesota. Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Minnesota
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Utilize user-friendly electronic charting through Cubhub.
- Participate in efficient onboarding and personalized, paid training, including SIM labs.
- Build skills to prepare for a wide range of clients and acuity levels.
- Receive 24/7 clinical support and ongoing mentorship.
