About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric or adult care to join its Passaic County team. The role provides compassionate, reliable, one-on-one private duty nursing to clients in their homes, with client ages ranging from infant to geriatric and care needs across diagnoses and acuity levels. Nurses work scheduled shifts and can choose a schedule based on their availability. BAYADA provides paid training, simulation lab practice, around-the-clock phone clinical support, and electronic charting using Statewise.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A minimum of five months of LPN experience.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client's home near you according to a chosen schedule.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Provide hands-on, one-on-one nursing care and build relationships with clients.
