About The Position

Beloit Health and Rehabilitation is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join its resident-focused care team in Beloit, Wisconsin. The role supports resident care in a collaborative environment. A full-time PM-shift position is available, with part-time opportunities also listed. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Pay is $33–$41.80 per hour, based on years of experience; shift differentials may apply, and the highest rate may be available for an unbenefited position. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is advertised for the PM shift. Benefits may vary based on employee status.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Support resident care plans and clinical documentation.
• Lead and guide CNA staff.
