About The Position
Nuclear Care Partners provides in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. The Licensed Practical Nurse delivers skilled, compassionate, one-on-one, patient-centered care directly in patients’ homes, supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes. This is a full-time position with 12-hour night shifts in Blackfoot, Idaho. Compensation depends on experience, shift type, and market factors; nights or weekends receive a $3 per hour shift differential.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Idaho.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
- Develop and follow individualized care plans.
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.
