Requirements
- Active LPN license in Wisconsin
- CPR certification required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform patient assessments and screenings
- Assist with intake and sick call
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and medical staff
