Elderwood is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. As an LPN, you will manage the daily clinical care of residents and short-stay rehabilitation patients, providing direction and support to CNAs. This role offers clinical variety, the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, and room for professional growth. Elderwood provides a setting to strengthen skills, contribute to a clinically active care team, and pursue continued professional development. The facility offers subacute rehabilitation services for patients transitioning from hospital to home, supporting complex clinical needs such as IV therapy, PICC-line management, wound vacs, complex wound care, ostomy care, enteral feeding, and dialysis coordination. LPNs work closely with onsite RNs and nursing leadership, including Unit Managers, RN Supervisors, the Assistant Director of Nursing, and the Director of Nursing. Broader leadership and resources are available from Elderwood Administrative Services, including the Chief Nursing Officer and Regional Nurse Consultant structure. Elderwood also offers tuition reimbursement programs and educational partnerships to support future nursing and professional development goals.
