Licensed Practical Nurse- West Memphis
About The Position
Arisa Health is growing, and we are searching for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our clinic in West Memphis. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will have experience working in a clinical setting to provide direct care including checking vital signs, administering medications and injections, obtaining specimens for testing as ordered, and more. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year’s experience as an LPN but we are willing to train if newly licensed. Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.
Requirements
- Arkansas LPN Licensed required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
Nice To Haves
- One year experience as an LPN preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement physician orders.
- Administer medications, draw blood, or administer other tests or procedures as ordered.
- Complete appropriate records and documentation.
