LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse ($5000 Sign-On Bonus)
About The Position
Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our students. You will provide compassionate nursing care, conduct health assessments, develop wellness plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster a safe and supportive campus environment. Requirements
- State Licensed Vocational Nurse’s License/Licensed Practical Nurse’s License and one year’s experience as a practicing LVN/LPN.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice in state where center is located.

Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate nursing care in accordance with your state's Nurse Practice Act.
- Conducting health assessments, walk-in evaluations, and wellness screenings.
- Assisting with new student physical assessments and health orientations.
- Reviewing laboratory results and collaborating with the Center Physician or medical provider on follow-up care.
- Developing individualized wellness plans and educating students on healthy lifestyle choices.
- Leading wellness education groups and providing one-on-one health counseling.
- Maintaining infection prevention and control standards, including proper handling of medical equipment and specimens.
- Accurately documenting student health encounters and maintaining confidential medical records.
- Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to promote a safe, healthy, and supportive campus environment.
- Supporting a culture of respect, inclusion, accountability, and student success.
- Pitching in wherever needed to help our students and team thrive.
