About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (PRN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for triaging patients, expediting referrals to specialty offices, answering patient and specialty office calls, and completing referral requests. This role also involves maintaining ongoing tracking and documentation of referrals, ensuring timely addressing of referrals, and reminding patients of their appointments. The position requires general computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. We offer a great salary and benefits package.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse
• Degree: Certificate of Completion
• Must be IV certified
• General computer skills required-Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• well-organized, detail-oriented
• Work independently and unsupervised maintaining superior work ethic
