Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse Required
  • Graduate Practical Nursing Required

Responsibilities

  • Room patients efficiently and accurately while delivering a warm, welcoming experience.
  • Collect vital signs, health histories, and key clinical data to support patient evaluation.
  • Administer medications safely and appropriately to varied patient populations.
  • Support care coordination under the direction of the provider or RN.
  • Document all care, interventions, and patient information accurately for effective coding and billing.
  • Respond to patient phone calls, portal messages, and care requests following the WPP Circle of Communication standards.
  • Manage prescription refills using approved practice protocols.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day administrative workflows, including scheduling, supply ordering, mail processing, and general office support.
  • Help onboard new Medical Assistants and contribute to a positive, team-centered environment.
  • Support efficient clinic flow and identify opportunities for process improvement using WakeWay 2 Excellence principles.
