About The Position

Bethlehem Woods is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for full-time day and evening shifts and a part-time evening shift. The LPN builds meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and uses nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role involves creating a supportive atmosphere, promoting teamwork, coordinating care with nursing and other facility teams, and communicating respectfully. The nurse is expected to demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
