About The Position

This full-time regular Licensed Practical Nurse position at Eston Health Centre, within the Chronic Resident Unit, involves promoting health and healing and providing education as a member of the health care team to achieve optimum care for clients/patients/residents in all phases of health care. The role requires working various shifts including days, nights, evenings, and weekends, totaling 224 hours per 6 weeks. The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is a large employer committed to coordinated, quality, seamless, safe, and patient-centred services. Selected candidates will need to provide a valid Criminal Record Check with a vulnerable sector search. Requirements

Practical Nursing diploma
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)
Communication skills
Basic - Computer skills

Leadership skills
Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Ability to work independently
Valid driver's license, where required
Ability to provide a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) dated within six (6) months and including a vulnerable sector search for the interview
Ability to upload all relevant documents (certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses, and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position
