Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors
- Assist with registration, appointment scheduling, and rooming of patients
- Provide patient education
- Ensure accurate measurement and documentation of vital signs, height, weight, chief complaints, and vision and hearing screenings
- Accurate administration and documentation of injections including immunizations, TB screening, medications, and adverse reactions and response/reaction
- Provision of quality patient care
- Clerical support
- Staff duties
- Effective provider support to ensure excellent patient care and customer service
- Other duties as assigned
