Requirements
- Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license
- One (1) or more years nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with one client for the duration of your shift
- Support clients with adherence to the outlined care plan
- Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes
- Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
- Assist with other duties as needed
