About The Position

Clark Rehab and Skilled Nursing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. Nurses build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories, using their nursing skills, and contributing to a comforting, engaging atmosphere. The role involves working with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care, while supporting teamwork and a respectful, positive work environment. Full-time day and night schedules and part-time day schedules are available. Compensation is $29–$34 per hour based on years of experience, with shift differentials for nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Conduct resident assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Manage medications.
