About The Position

Betz Nursing Home is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time day, evening, and night shifts, as well as part-time night shifts. The role offers an earning potential of $34–$38 per hour, with a $4-per-hour differential for evening shifts. LPNs build meaningful relationships with residents and staff, use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, and contribute to a rewarding, person-centered care environment. The position calls for a supportive presence, teamwork, leadership, collaboration, and strong interpersonal communication. Requirements

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
