About The Position

Central Carolina Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Central Carolina Medical Group team. This role is vital in making communities healthier by providing direct patient care. The Central Carolina Medical Group includes 13 physician practices across various specialties and employs over 30 providers, serving Lee County and surrounding areas. The team is dedicated to delivering efficient, safe, and quality care.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina state or compact state LPN license
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• One year of LPN experience in a health care setting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Assists RN with plan of care
