Licensed Practical Nurse - Weekdays
About The Position
Merakey is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for its Beaver County group home locations. Nurses provide oversight of medical care for 4–6 individuals per home during their shift and travel between homes as needed. They work with direct care staff to ensure physician orders, medications, and treatments are carried out and to support general health monitoring. Individuals are generally dependent on staff for many daily care activities, and the program works to increase their independence and exposure to the community. The LPN provides direct nursing care to people with developmental and physical disabilities, including completing clinical assessments, recording seizure activity as needed, and administering medications. Base pay is $29 per hour, with an option to earn $31 per hour through the Enhanced Pay Option. Second-shift hours receive an additional $4 per hour.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse qualification.
- Current Pennsylvania nursing license.
- Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
- Current and valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

- A minimum of one year of current nursing experience is preferred.
