Your responsibilities as an LPN in long-term care will center on compassionate, hands-on resident care: administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, wound and skin care, managing call-light responses, and supporting care plans created in collaboration with RNs and physicians. You’ll identify changes in residents’ conditions, document accurately, and communicate clearly with families and the broader clinical team.
