About The Position

Sisters of the Humility of Mary is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for Villa Maria, PA nonprofit. This role involves making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents at a 32-bed private care facility. Requirements

2+ years of clinical healthcare experience
Current Pennsylvania practical nursing license in good standing
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Computer proficiency
Willingness to complete DHS Direct Care Training during orientation

Responsibilities

Providing direct patient care
Developing individualized care plans
Effectively implementing care plans

Assisting wherever needed throughout the unit
Completing incident reports for falls or injuries and taking steps to prevent further issues
Improving the physical, mental, and emotional health of residents
