Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Minnesota
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Utilize electronic charting through Cubhub.
- Comply with all state/local mandates as a licensed home health care provider.
