About The Position

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: UHS Primary Care Walton Primary Work Shift: Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: $22.97 - $34.46 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements

• Graduated an accredited school of Practical Nursing
• Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines
