About The Position

CSI Caregiver Services, a Help at Home® company, is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for clients in their homes within the Miccosukee community. This contract (1099) opportunity is ideal for nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships, working independently, and making a direct impact on clients' lives. The role offers consistent hours, meaningful work, and the chance to support a unique community. Eligible LPNs in Florida can receive a $500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Active Florida or Multi-State LPN License
• Fluent English required
• Valid government-issued ID
• Completion of organizational and state-required training
• Florida Clearinghouse Background Check (HB531 / AHCA compliant)
• Ability to reliably travel to assignments serving the Miccosukee community

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in condition
• Providing skilled nursing support and observation
• Assisting with care plan implementation
• Collaborating with clients, families, and the care team
• Delivering compassionate, professional care that promotes client safety, dignity, and independence
• Communicating effectively in English with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
