About The Position
Three Rivers Behavioral Health is a 136-bed inpatient facility located in the eastern portion of Lexington County. Three Rivers Behavioral Health specializes in psychiatric and chemical dependency services for adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Three Rivers continuum of care includes adolescent residential treatment, inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment for addictions. This position will float as needed to other units based on needs to include dual diagnosis, acute inpatient adult, acute inpatient adolescent, and adult crisis unit programs.
Requirements
- Current license or permit to practice as an LPN in the state of employment.

Responsibilities
- Day Shift LPN 7am - 7:30pm
- Crisis Stabilization Unit for senior adult program.
- This position will float as needed to other units based on needs to include dual diagnosis, acute inpatient adult, acute inpatient adolescent, and adult crisis unit programs.
