About The Position
FS Nursing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. We offer LPNs the flexibility to manage their careers and work-life balance by choosing assignments that fit their schedules and financial goals. LPNs can select from various opportunities that allow them to be present for their families and the patients they serve, while filling critical gaps in geriatric care. We are looking for a team that takes care of its Licensed Practical Nurses with the same level of compassion provided to the community.
Requirements
- Currently holds an active state issued LPN license.
- CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
- Strong patient assessment skills and demonstrated clinical competency
Responsibilities
- Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
- Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
- Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
