We are currently expanding our Skilled and Personal Care Nursing teams and are seeking quality-focused Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)! We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the following shifts: Day Shift: 6:30 AM- 2:30 PM (Skilled Center) 7:00AM-3:00PM (Personal Care) Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Skilled Center) 3PM-11PM (Personal Care) Night Shift: 10:30 PM- 6:30 AM (Skilled Center) 11PM-7AM (Personal Care) Positions include an every-other-weekend rotation.

Requirements

Graduate of an approved nursing school
Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
A caring heart and a commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality resident care with compassion and skill
Administer medications, complete documentation, and conduct assessments
Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members
Supervise and support resident care staff
Deliver treatments and procedures that make a real impact
