About The Position

Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a dedicated and personable Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients and families. Licensed Practical Nurse LPN are needed for patient care in and around the Clarion area allowing you to work close to your home. As a Home Health LPN, you are a vital part of the patient's care team offering skilled nursing care and support. Also, provide emotional support and companionship, building genuine connections with patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
• Current license in the State of Pennsylvania
