LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

ASCPeru, IN
Onsite

About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Our nurse ratios are some of the best around with 1st and 2nd shift being 14-15 residents to 1 nurse and 3rd shift 28-30 to one nurse. Wanting a more personal relationship with your patients? Working at Hickory Creek at Peru offers a sense of coziness and connection that larger facilities often can’t match. The calmer pace offers more time for personal interactions and thoughtful care, where staff members truly get to know each patient – their stories, routines, and preferences. If you value relationships, a supportive atmosphere, and the chance to make a difference every day, Hickory Creek at Peru sounds like the perfect fit for you.
