About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for weekend shifts in the Winston-Salem/Greensboro Metro area. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful 1:1 care to a single client at a time in their home, without the rush and chaos of a facility. We are looking for nurses to fill Saturday and Sunday shifts, with both daytime and overnight options available. BAYADA provides competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 care to clients in their homes.
- Work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with daytime and overnight options.
- Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
- Participate in paid training and skill-building opportunities.
- Provide personalized care to adult and pediatric clients.
Benefits
- $26–$32/hour in the Piedmont Triad Area, including weekend and overnight differentials
- Commitment Bonuses up to $10,000, depending on weekly commitment
