About The Position
We’re looking for a dedicated LPN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and support our residents and nursing team.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Team-focused, dependable, and organized
- Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
- Commitment to resident dignity and confidentiality
- Employment contingent on required background check clearance
- Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing
- Current valid LPN license in the state employed
- Valid CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and treatments
- Administer medications and document accurately
- Monitor residents and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and care teams
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies
