Requirements

Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care into clients’ homes.
Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
Electronic charting through Statewise.
