About The Position
Aviata at Palma Sola Bay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct care to residents and patients, including assistance with activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. The role offers a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth. The position is located in Bradenton, Florida, and is available as full-time or part-time work.
Requirements
- Possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
- Be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation facilities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for assigned residents.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation.
- Oversee the Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program.
- Provide nursing services to residents and patients.
- Conduct and document thorough evaluations of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
