About The Position

AMG Specialty Hospital - Albuquerque is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Night Shifts. The LPN will provide direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care. They will meet the communication needs of patients and families, and provide care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role involves maintaining regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures, and standards. The LPN will communicate with physicians and team members about changes in patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology, and respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, the LPN will be able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Shift differentials are paid for Nights and Weekend Shifts. A $5,000 Sign-On Bonus is offered for Full Time LPNs for Night Shifts, along with tuition reimbursement, as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment. Requirements

• Current LPN New Mexico Licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
