About The Position

Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, Oregon, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide person-centered care to residents. The LPN will assess resident needs, provide appropriate nursing care, contribute to individualized care plans, and guide and supervise CNAs and other care team members. The role is offered on a PRN basis, with availability required for at least 1–2 shifts per week and two weekend shifts per month. The stated pay range is $39.11–$62.15 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Oregon LPN license.
• Be available to work at least 1–2 shifts per week and two weekend shifts per month.
• Demonstrate the ability to assess resident needs, provide appropriate nursing care, and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Provide direction, guidance, and supervision to CNAs and other care team members.
