About The Position
Richmond Community Services (RCS), a nonprofit serving individuals with developmental, intellectual, and behavioral challenges in Westchester County, is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team at the Yonkers Intermediate Care Facility. The role involves working 12-hour shifts in a supportive environment where clinical skills and care are valued. The position offers the opportunity to make a difference every shift and be part of a mission-driven team.
Requirements
- NYS LPN license (Required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Compassion, reliability, and a team-first attitude
Nice To Haves
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- New grads welcome! Training and mentorship available
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on nursing care, including medication administration, bedside care, and documentation
- Ensure safety, dignity, and high-quality care for all residents
- Collaborate closely with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary teams
- Use your full scope of practice to make a daily impact
