The position also includes maintaining contact with families, managing medication deliveries, monitoring budgets, and performing other related duties. The supervisory responsibilities include directing and supervising assigned staff, conducting performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training, and making decisions regarding hiring, transfers, promotions, and discipline.
