Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
- Reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days.
- Aveanna can assist in obtaining CPR certification after hire, if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide private duty nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Work with patients who have specific medical needs such as G-tubes, trach, vents, TBI, and seizures.
- Utilize electronic documentation systems.
- Collaborate with care teams to achieve clinical outcomes.
